Premium Cancellation, Booking Modification, and Force Majeure Policy
At RIVIERA DRIVER 06, we are committed to providing a discreet, reliable, and high-end private chauffeur service. To ensure the highest level of service and availability for our clients, the following conditions apply to all confirmed bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time
A 100% refund will be issued, provided that the cancellation request is received in writing more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time
Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable (0% refund).
Optional Services
Any optional service or additional arrangement is refundable only if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, either by email or via WhatsApp, and will only be considered effective once confirmed by RIVIERA DRIVER 06.
Booking Modification
Any request to modify a confirmed booking must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Depending on the requested modification, additional fees may apply, particularly in the event of a change in date, time, itinerary, vehicle category, number of passengers, or service duration.
Force majeure and exceptional circumstances
In the event of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of RIVIERA DRIVER 06, including severe weather conditions, natural disasters, emergencies, road closures, traffic restrictions, official restrictions, or any other exceptional situation affecting the proper execution of the service, RIVIERA DRIVER 06 reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the booking.
The safety and well-being of our clients and drivers remain our absolute priority.
To the extent possible, RIVIERA DRIVER 06 will offer an alternative solution or reschedule the service. Depending on the circumstances and the costs already incurred, a full or partial refund may be offered at the company’s discretion.
RIVIERA DRIVER 06 will make every effort to inform the client as quickly as possible and propose the most suitable solution.

Our cancellation and modification policy allows us to reserve the appropriate vehicle, a professional driver, and the necessary resources exclusively for each client, thereby ensuring the standards of punctuality, comfort, discretion, and service expected from a high-end private chauffeur company.
